Shipping policy

We ship worldwide, and we want your Lumir order to reach you quickly and safely wherever you are. Below is everything you need to know about processing, delivery and tracking.

Free worldwide shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide - no minimum spend. Your shipping method is calculated automatically at checkout, with no surprise charges from us.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12pm PT, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Estimated delivery times

Once processed, orders typically arrive within:

  • United States & rest of world: 5–8 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak periods or customs clearance.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't moved after 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.

International orders, duties & taxes

Because we ship worldwide, orders to some countries may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your local authorities. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. If you're unsure, please check your country's import rules before ordering.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it.

Lost, stolen or delayed packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, please check with neighbours and your local carrier first.
  • For lost or stolen packages, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help you resolve it with the carrier.
  • If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimates above, reach out and we'll investigate.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, take a photo and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll prioritise a replacement or refund. (See our Refund Policy for details.)
